1General Terms

3Account Security

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on tk199 for any payment method is ৳100. Accepted payment methods on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on tk199 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; a deposit of ৳10,000 will earn a bonus capped at the maximum of ৳8,000 for a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers are eligible once only and do not apply across multiple accounts
• Each promotional offer has its own expiry date and conditions
• If bonus fraud or misuse is suspected, tk199 reserves the right to cancel the bonus
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or device are not permitted
• Bonuses are not transferable to other users

6Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once any bet on tk199 is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical issue or error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, tk199 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Available markets and odds at the time of betting will be displayed on the platform. tk199 reserves the right to close any market or change odds at any time.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games are operated fairly and impartially. The outcome of each game is determined by a random number generator and no external interference is possible. In the event of a dispute over a game result, the relevant game provider's log records will be considered the final evidence.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and if such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed:

• Fraudulent activities or manipulation
• Bonus abuse — operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Using software or bots to place automated bets

8Intellectual Property

• Republishing any tk199 content without permission is prohibited
• Attempting to reverse engineer any part of the platform is not permitted
• Using tk199's brand name or logo for commercial purposes is prohibited

9Responsible Gaming
